I just wanna stay home and watch CSI, leave school whenever I want, go to park and walk around in the water and rain, and wake up feeling like I actually got some sleep.

I work 20 hours this week. To some, that's nothing ... for me, it's the most I've ever had to work in a week. Crazy. I'll be making a good paycheck in time for Christmas shopping, though.

And that's it. The past three weeks in pictures and my stupid, boring commentary. There's nowhere near the 300-400 pictures I talked about in my last entry. I tried to cut it down to only 100-150 or so. I'm tired of trying to be a ~*photographer*~, I've just been taking pictures for the heck of it lately. Actually, I just really want a new lens, because the lens that came with my Canon is making everything look really dull & grainy :/ Probably my fault and easily fixable, but until I start working enough to buy the lens I have my eye set on, I just don't really feel like bothering. I need to really work on not being so stubborn, :(.

I have about 300-400 pictures to update with but I don't have the time to even upload them to my computer.

I hate Algebra II, I'm so bad at it, I don't understand how I don't have an F. I just want it to be Thanksgiving break so I can pack up and see my family in Tennessee again. It's been over a year, :(.

This was pointless, I guess. Just letting you know I'm still alive.

There's a lot of pictures under there. 150+, so if you have a slow computer, I suggest clicking on it and then making a sandwich or doing a page of homework or something while it loads, haha.

I don't think it's possible to describe Encounter weekends. They're so amazing, life-changing, heartbreaking, fulfilling, beautiful, even more amazing, that's it. There's no one word. I don't really feel like explaining each and every picture, so if you have any questions, you're more than free to comment and ask. I'd love to tell you about it.

I just spent the last four hours cropping, editing, uploading, and posting these pictures so in fact -- I want you to ask something! ;)

That teaser picture has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of this post. I just had nothing to do tonight, since I was home sick, so I dug out my gouache paint sets and tried to draw something. It's pretty ugly, but hey, it kept me busy for an hour and that's all that matters!

So, for you super observant folk, you may have noticed that my church pictures are completely different. These are from "Celebrate the Game" at Cape Bible Chapel. If you're not from around here, then just know that Jackson High School and Cape Central High School are ultimate rivals. For the past three years (I think) CBC has been holding Celebrate the Game to bring students from both schools together for a few hours the night before the Cape/Jackson football game just because. This was Freedom Rock's first time going to it and, obviously, playing. It was a lot of fun. I'd like to know just how many people showed up because there was a ton.

I made another journal. I'm not "moving" to it, but it's just more of a daily/whatever journal, since I really only update this one when I have pictures to show. Feel free to add it, in fact, I'd like it a lot if you did.

Just don't delete this one, please! :)

Testing ... two, three, four?

That was unnecessary, I guess. I just downloaded a new web browser for my phone and holy crap ... it really IS the real internet! I can even get on LJ! Oh man, I am just amazed. Thank you Opera Mini Beta 4.

... I wonder if I can do Youtube now? Guess it's time to find out! :D

more... )</div>

Livejournal is telling me that I haven't updated this in 3 weeks. Doesn't seem like that long, really. I've had the best three day weekend. I don't really feel like writing about it, because I still have to do homework and I want to see the end of the ANTM marathon ... even though I already know Jaslene wins. Natasha FTW, :/. Jaslene sucks.

I'm a big fat liar. I was told my car was hopeless. The next day, I get a call saying that it needs a new alternator and a gasket for a major oil leak. Jemima's fixed and I haven't had a single problem since. This is nice, I'm glad I didn't have to trade in my car for something else.

I went to the River City Music Festival today. I wanted to see The Holiday Formal, but they never checked in. Courtney and I were going to go see The Brothers Solomon at 7pm, but she said we could go another time, since all three of us wanted to stick around and see THF. Of course, 6:45 rolled around and I need to drop Daidre off back in Jackson at 7, so no movie and no show. I feel like I wasted $5 on nothing but whatever, :/. It was fun just to get to hang with Kristi and Daidre for a couple hours anyways.

My car is dead. Done. Gone forever.

Jemima, you were a good car. I didn't even get to have you for a full year, but you toughed through the hardest of times (or at least just my 'lead foot' disease) and you did me well. You deserve a delightfully tacky image of you entering Heaven, because I know that's exactly where you would go. And an entire entry dedicated just to you.

Rest in peace, you old lug. You will be missed.

I am sick. Sick sick sick sick sick. I'm going to try really hard to not miss so much school this year, because I have so much going on this year -- I can't afford it. Not at all.

I've had the funnest 3-day weekend ever. I don't think this summer is ever going to end -- technically, it already has, since this is the 3rd week of school -- but everything's exactly the same. I just have to wake up earlier and there's no more trips to Applebee's or Cozmo's until midnight. My wallet doesn't mind that, though.

I really do wonder if anyone ever reads this, other than me. I guess I'll never know. But ... what I do know is that Wednesday was amazing. Dream Night was so much better than I could have ever expected. Congratulations to the 40+ people who got saved that night, :). Of course, I know it's not about numbers ... but come on, that number is still amazing, anyways. The funeral service style sermon was brilliant. It's still so weird to not have Bryan and Suzanne there, but there is no doubt in my mind that Ben and Jen won't just completely take Freedom Rock to a whole new level.

Wednesday was also Jordan's 17th birthday. Kristi surprised her with a delivery of balloons during school and later that night, I went out at got her a little cake that we all shared and even gave some pieces out to whoever wanted one.

It's so weird to imagine Wednesday nights without Pastor Bryan and Suzanne. But, I'm excited. Ben & Jen are going to do so great. Dream Weekend is over and now comes Dream Night. I'm ready.

School starts in 13 days. I am both happy and unexcited about this at the same time. I'm not getting many hours at McAlister's right now, :/. I don't totally mind it, because I do have a lot of stuff that's coming up but I also hope I can make enough to keep some gas in my car for more than just half a week, :(. I need to quit eating out all the time. I had $100 left over, after buying my bible and three days later, I have $29 left over. Wow. Let's hope I learn the value of a dollar quick before my next paycheck.

"Come like You promised You would, I want to surrender for good. I know that I need You and I dont want to keep living life alone. I feel like a blind man in Your sight, I know that I'm wicked in Your eyes. So, wash me and make me shine like the sun, I want to tell everyone that You're the only one. So, take my heart and make it new, make it true and make it like You. Take my hands, I lift them high, they're Yours not mine to do. Do what You will. I'm ready now."

Just kidding. Despite the fact that I have been attached to my camera this entire week, I didn't take as many pictures as I thought I would. It makes no sense, I know.

If any of you live near a riverfront, I highly suggest dressing up for no reason and playing board games next to it. Beware of boys that hit on your friends, though.

Three big days all in a row are coming up, so I'll be posting a ton of pictures starting tomorrow night. Get ready?

Anyways, since I don't have anything to update with yet... I would just like to say that this video accurately sums up my last two weeks.

I should uh ... probably go read the last book. I made my friends ruin it for me, though, because I know it'll take me forever to get around to actually reading it, haha. Lame.

Best Fourth of July in forever. I finally got to see my niece and nephew -- for the first time all summer. I miss them like crazy. I had plans to just stay in Jackson and go to the park with some friends, but eh ... I've been around them enough for one week, haha. That sounds so mean, but it's not supposed to. Then I called a bunch of people and was supposed to pick up several of them or hang out with a few others but everything eventually fell through. In the end, I ended up just going to Perryville with my family and I'm glad I did. This was my niece & nephew's first big fireworks show and they loved it, haha. They're so cute, :(.

There's a lot of pictures under here and they'll probably start to get a little repetitive, but whatever, only a few of you ever look at my entries anyways, haha!

ahaha, I never knew how absolutely disgusting I was until I logged into Facebook and saw those pictures of me from last night. I wish my family was rich, I would kill for some lipo and crap, haaa. Time to start a new diet and heavy exercise routine*~

Thanks for the birthday wishes on here, Myspace, Facebook, and wherever else, :). I had such a great day, I have a ton of pictures to update with, but I'm too tired and I know I'll have even more for tomorrow night, so I'll just wait and do a combined post, :).
